SEEDS OF CHANGE
Nonviolent inmates are trained to garden as a joint effort between the Stark County Jail, Ohio State University's Stark County Extension office, Stark County Farm Bureau and Meals on Wheels of Stark and Wayne counties to provide the Meals on Wheels program with peppers, squash, tomatoes, green beans, radishes and zucchini.
