italian sausage pizza bake

1 pkg. (19 ounces) Bob Evans Italian Sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 pound elbow macaroni
1 jar (16 ounces) pizza sauce
1 pkg. (2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
½ cup sliced yellow peppers

2 cups shredded 4-cheese Italian blend, divided

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned. In large saucepan, cook macaroni according to package directions, drain. In 9-inch square baking pan, combine sausage, macaroni, pizza sauce, pepperoni, yellow peppers and 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese over sausage mixture. Cover and bake 20-25 minutes or until sausage is fully cooked.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
