country sausage macaroni and cheese

1 pound Bob Evans Original Sausage Roll or Bob Evans Zesty Hot Sausage Roll
2 (20 ounce) packages Bob Evans Macaroni and Cheese
1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/3 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Crumble and cook sausage in medium skillet until browned.  In large bowl, combine sausage, macaroni and cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green onions.  Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole dish.  Cover and bake 30 minutes or until hot.  Stir, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more.  Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
