3 large carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 pounds small red potatoes
1 (16 ounce) package Bob Evans Smoked Bratwurst, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 (8 ounces) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (14 ounces) can reduced sodium chicken broth
In slow cooker, layer carrots, potatoes, bratwurst and sauerkraut. Pour chicken broth over top. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 6 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
