
Sausage Shepherd’s Pie

1 pound Bob Evans Original Sausage Roll
1 package (12 ounces) prepared beef gravy
1 bag (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 package (24 ounces) Bob Evans Refrigerated Mashed Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet, crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels. In bowl, combine sausage, gravy, vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Spoon mashed potatoes into even layer on top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
