
1 pound cubed pork
2 medium onions, sliced
2 tablespoons margarine
1 can diced or chopped tomatoes
2 medium green peppers, sliced
1 small cabbage, sliced
1 tablespoon paprika
salt, pepper and caraway seed to taste
2 tablespoons sour cream
Sauté onions in margarine until golden. Add pork; brown all sides slowly. Stir in tomatoes, peppers, cabbage and seasonings. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Just before serving stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or dumplings. Makes 6 servings.
