Allow 7 to 9 hours cooking time for this recipe.
- 4 pounds pork roast
- 1 envelope onion or mushroom dry soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Celery, chopped
- Baby carrots
Place pork roast in slow cooker, season with salt and pepper. Mix together dry soup, canned soup and ½ cup water. Pour over roast. Cook on low 7 to 9 hours. Add vegetables half way through cooking time. Good served with rice. Serves 4 to 6.
